About

Research and strategy. Currently at Portland, working at the intersection of business and politics.

I spent several years at Kantar. There, I worked with both the public and private sector to develop strategies to change the public’s behaviour.

Previously, I led academic research into insights and humour at the University of Edinburgh, and have given talks on my research to the likes of Google and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Prior to that, I worked client-side for an FMCG manufacturer. In the insight and strategy team, I worked closely with leading retailers and food brands to develop products and strategies.

My first role was in Kenya, working with a social enterprise to provide business consultancy to small and medium sized local businesses.
